One Principal is appointed per 200 students. All the Principals are sent to USA for 3 to 4 months for Induction & Training. Two teachers per class until class 8 at all times to ensure focus on the individual child in their formative years. We have our own Teacher Training Center built over 1,50,000 sq ft in Noida.

One computer is fixed per student desk or one Integrated tablet is given per student. Right from KG to K12 the focus is to use sophisticated methods consisting of brain chemicals activation (of the dormant chemicals which enhance learning) so as to learn effectively via a combination of activities, massive exposure, latest syllabus, gap filling programs, international benchmarking for each student and numerous other technologies working in the background to make a smart & happy kid.
We invest heavily into sports and to make our children get international rankings in tennis, golf and a few other sports.
These rankings help the child to know exactly what needs to be done to go for the under 10 or under 15 Open’s.
Elite sports like Golf, Fencing, Boxing, Shooting, Archery, Croquet and Tennis are provided to the parents since we fund them from our CSR funds.
On two Sundays every month from July to Dec, there will be parent – teacher – student triangular meets for croquet, cricket or football.
An International standard dining hall is set up by our own 5 star hotel staff for the daily meals of the children with a focus to teach them about five course meals, the correct use of cutlery and proper dining etiquette.
Similarly, we teach and inculcate in our students thousands of other qualities which will help them to seamlessly move in any segment of Society.

Our two proprietary programs 'The Elite Prefectory Program' and 'The Elite Bridge Program' are based on extensive research and help to fill the gaps in a child’s Indian education, Awareness, Mental abilities and sports and help to bring the child to International standards set by Silicon Valley (where our head office is located). It also includes international benchmarking of their performance in 14 areas.

These charges are paid from CSR funds for first 400 students. This benefit may be extended to first 1000 students if the school is in rural areas and at the discretion of the Management which takes into account the surplus amount of CSR funds.
Lifetime 50% Off
This fees consists of all the expenses related to Teaching, Teacher training, Servers in America with superfast connectivity using expensive Lease Lines, IT infra for integrated tablets and PC’s, License Fees for the SEL, 42E, EBL, AmCo, and the money given to our own IELTS institutes, to our own 5 Star Hotels for the international Dining experience everyday, the MOD14 bank where we deposit money in lieu of the points which the children earn and several other things.
Basically it is the cost of teaching our 360 degree 6th generation syllabus.
50% of the Academic Fees will be 'paid for Life' from our CSR funds for the first 400 students in every school.
Booking Charge
A one time non-refundable charge for booking & registration of the student. It also includes the cost of the Student folder and the signed contract for fees LOCK-IN until class 12. For the first 400 students it is Rs 2,000 & thereafter it is Rs 47,000 (Rs 6,000 in the Patiala branch)
Admission Charge
A one time non-refundable charge of Rs 45,000 which is waived off for the first 400 students in any school (waived off in the Patiala branch)
Annual Charges
There are no, and never will be, any type of annual charges for the first 400 students. After that this charge may be implemented by the branch management.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of Rs 37,000 which will be refunded as follows:
Rural areas:
